75 Boss Babe Habits

  1. Start your day early.
  2. Develop a morning routine. (Structure is your bff)
  3. Make your bed. Every Day. Even when you don’t want to.
  4. Utilize Lists and Planners. (It will not all be remembered in your head, it just won’t.)
  5. Tidy Up. (Spend 10 minutes cleaning each day, then you won’t have to waste an entire day cleaning.)
  6. Drink and track your water intake.
  7. Block out time for emails. (I do this at 8 AM every day.)
  8. Recognize that every day there is an opportunity to Network.
  9. Never miss a meal.
  10. Know your body and your needs. (Listen to your body when it needs sleep or rest.)
  11. Donate items each season. (If you haven’t worn it in the past year, you probably don’t need it.)
  12. Invest in your work space. (What can you do to motivate yourself and provide a space that makes you want to work?)
  13. Sleep with your phone across the room and buy yourself a real alarm clock.
  14. Meal Prep. (Whether this be cooking or using a company like HelloFresh, find what works for you and stick to it.)
  15. Recognize the work of the individuals around you. (Everyone needs encouragement and recognition, we as humans thrive on this.)
  16. Stop being modest with compliments. (Accept them, don’t dismiss or excuse them.)
  17. Know your role models. (Be mindful of who influences you.)
  18. Have plants around. (health benefits)
  19. Walk away from your desk once per hour.
  20. Never act like a know it all.
  21. Learn from your mistakes.
  22. Use rewards apps. (Make that money, honey.)
  23. Plan out your days in advance. (Ask yourself what you will accomplish today.)
  24. Set SMART goals.
  25. Say no and have confidence in your words.
  26. Know your worth- don’t waste your time with men, with work, fake friends, or anything else!
  27. Keep a running list of ideas.
  28. Adjust your to do list daily.
  29. Create a bucket list and make it happen!

  32. Eliminate unneeded social media time.
