Delaney Hogg Loomis
I was born and raised in Hanover, Virginia. I grew up in the business, constantly surrounded by all things Real Estate. Being a third generation realtor, I saw the business through a child's gaze. And through my 3 years of being in the business, I now have a profound understanding and appreciation for all that this career entails.
With my grandfather having been in the business for over 50 years, and my dad having been in for 30, I'm ecstatic to help people through my own take.
I attended Atlee High School where I graduated in 2016, and I went on to attend East Carolina University where I got a degree in Marketing.
Marketing has my heart, I LOVE being able to create a unique plan for every home that I help to sell. Whether there's some funky tile, a cute coffee corner, or unique patio.. my goal is to bring your home to life through the screen! With over 10 years of marketing experience, I love a challenge, and when the home "just speaks to me"!
My husband, Ty, works in the business with me, where he handles rental properties. We got married in 2022 and bought a fixer upper in the 23111~ through blood, sweat, and tears, we finished our home and are excited to stay here for a few more years (though the home projects continue to be plentiful).
